Seldom does anyone have the opportunity to walk into somebody else's vision.  I have been fortunate to do so in the last few years as both; a presenter and a reporter during the ESL Academy.  Time and again I have witnessed the remaking of teachers into inspired, motivated, and open-hearted individuals ready to return to the classroom under a new light.

They environment in which this events happen every year originally took place in a vision created by Dr. André Guerrero.  While over the years several educators have helped this vision to become a reality, the original idea for the ESL academies was Dr. André Guerrero's original dream.

When a great man's vision is manifested as reality, eventually that gift becomes part of the whole of the community which it serves.  The collective good from such enterprise is now reflecting its validity through the deeds of countless teachers and successful students turned highly productive working community members.
